This workshop is perfect for churches, mom's groups, or for a special parenting event. Parents will be introduced to the Connected Families Framework and leave with biblically- and research-based strategies to use in their parenting today. This flexible workshop can be taught anywhere from 45 minutes to 4 hours to any size group.

This workshop will help parents apply key principles from Deuteronomy 6 to build faith into the everyday moments of family life. This workshop can be geared towards parents of young children in conjunction with a Baby Dedication/Parent Commissioning Service or towards parents of school-aged children. Typically it is 2 hours in length.

Parents want the best for their teenagers, but don't always know how to parent in ways that their teens will listen. This workshop will help parents of teens understand their child's developmental needs, and how to continue to point them to Christ during these critical years. This can be taught as a single 2-hour workshop or as a parent track during a youth discipleship weekend.

Knowing how and when to talk with your kids about sex is one of the most intimidating things a parent is faced with. For Christian parents, this adds another level of complexity as they seek to teach God's design for sex to their kids. Dr. Cindy can help parents navigate these difficult conversations but do so in a way that passes on grace and truth to their kids while also giving them accurate information.

Children's leaders and volunteers will learn about best practices in teaching children, including understanding how to teach in ways they can learn and how to manage classrooms to optimize learning. (This class can be broken into two age groups: Preschool & Elementary Children)

Children's ministry leaders and volunteers will learn the principles of Trauma Informed Practice, and how this can be applied in Children's Ministry programs to ensure all children feel loved and secure in your environments, especially children who come from hard places.

Marital First Responders is a breakthrough way to help marriages by tapping into the power of their support networks--the people who care about them. Dr. Cindy is an approved trainer of this workshop that was developed by Bill Doherty, Ph.D, a pioneer in the field of marriage education. The full workshop is taught as a 6-hour bootcamp, but can be adapted to fit your needs.

Single adults or college students will love this workshop that helps them break destructive dating patterns that lead to heartbreak and disappointment. As a certified instructor of this program, Dr. Cindy will lead singles to follow their hearts without losing their mind! This can be done in a variety of formats, from a 1-hour talk, to a 4-hour workshop or a full weekend retreat.
